A certain amount of delivery fee will be charged depending on the shipping address.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Before the order is shipped,
free cancellations within 3 days after order has been placed.
Cancellation fee wil be charged at 15% of the total order value for cancellation after 3 days.
No Cancellation accepted after the order is shipped.


RETURN POLICY

Only defective or faulty items are accepted for returns.

All of our products are handmade with love, ​
 therefore each piece is unique in its own,
such uniquenss is not counted as defective or faulty.

When sending items back, please make sure the item is in their original condition that are
unworn and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. We will not accept returns
of items that have been worn or where the package is damaged.

Where provided, any packaging must also be returned. We reserve the right to refuse
returns if these conditions are not met.
